Hair Klipper Bag



PATTERN BY SYEDA IFFAT SULTANA:


I used scrap yarn for this bag. You can make this in one color.

MATERIALS:

Any type of yarn

Crochet Hook Size: 4.50 mm OR 5 mm

ABBREVIATION:

ch(s) = chain(s)
dc = double crochet
rep = repeat
sl st(s) = slip stich(s)
sc = single crochet
sp = space
st(s) = stich(es)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Ch 37.

Row 1: 3dc in 4th ch from hook, skip 3 chs, sc in next ch( 4th ch), ch 3, 3dc in next ch, rep to end, sc in last ch, turn.( 7 sets of, 3 chs and 3 dc shell).

Row 2: ch 4, 3dc in 4th ch, sc in next ch3 sp, 3dc in same sp, rep to end.

Row 3 to Row 40: rep Row 2. Cut yarn and weave in.

SIDES OF BAG(make 2):


Ch 17.

Row 1: 3 dc in 4th ch from hook, skip 3 ch, sc in next ch( 4th ch), 3 dc in next ch, rep to end, sc in last ch, turn( 3 sets of , 3 chs and 3 dc shell).
Row 2: ch 4, 3 dc in 4th ch, sc in next ch 3 sp, 3 dc in same sp, rep to end.
Row 4 to 15: rep Row 2. Cut yarn and weave in.

Join sides with sl st or sew. Right side faceing you.

Count 15 rows and pin up the side pice (from starting point)on 16th row and through row 21( now you can see that the one side is larger than the other side and these
sides shll be join with the side pice). Pin up both sides and pin up the 2nd pice on the other side of the main pice.

( Now work on the right side faceing you )

Join yarn with sl st on the one side of side pice, ch 1 and sc from one side to the end of the 1st pice. Join the 2nd pice same as the 1st pice.
Join yarn with sl st, ch 1, sc around the top of bag and sides of bag, join with sl st in ch 1. Ch 1 an sc in same st, ch 3, skip 3 sc , sc in next st, rep all around the top of bag and both sides of bag, sl st in ch 1. Ch 1, sc, 3dc, sc in ch 3, (sc, 3dc, sc) in every ch 3 sp, sl st in ch 1. Cut yarn and weave in.
Make a loop at the middle of the top for button , join with sl st, ch 15, sl st in 1st ch to make a ring, sl st in evey ch and sl st in the begning sl st, cut yarn and weave in. Sew a button.

KUFI / CAP

I made this crochet kufi/ cap for my husband . I use the tapestry crochet technique for changing colors . Cotton yarn : Light brown, Brown 1 ball ea ch, 50 g or color you like. (8/4) Crochet hook nr: 4mm. I used hook nr 4mm but that is not a large size hook its look like nr 2.50 mm and 3 mm. ( see in fhoto). Chain: ch Single crochet: sc, Slip stich: sl st. Increase: inc. Decrease: dec. Continue : cont. Light brown: A Brown : B You can use one size small or large hook and do more increase or decrease sts rounds to fit the size. For colore change, always use tapestry crochet technique. When you have 2 loops on hook ,pull the new color and sc with new color and keep doing like this technique and try to carry yarn like this technique . V NECK SWEATER

I knit this sweater in 2003 for my hubby. I don’t remember what was the measurement, but try to write down the pattern for arm and neck shapping. I knit with black and gray colors. I used nr 3.mm and 3.50mm knitting needles and nr 3mm circular knitting needles 40cm length. You can use any type of yarn and nr of needles, you can also adjust sts for fit your size. Cast on co Bind off bo Increase inc Decrease dec Knit k Purl p Stitches sts. Main color mc Contrast color cc Continue . cont. FRONT: Co 110 sts mc and k one row with the mc. Row, 1 . k1, p1 to end and change to cc. Row 2. K 1 on k st and p 1 on p st with cc. Continue these 2 rows until you have 25, rows.
